Caraway & Rosemary Pickled Carrots

These carrots have beautiful earthy and floral notes to them. We let the flavour of these carrots really shine. Our brine only enhances the natural brilliance of these colourful root vegetables. 

Delicious in a green salad or a great accompaniment to a beef ragout.
 
Ingredients: Rainbow Carrots, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fuji Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Assorted Spices, Rosemary.
