Annabelle and James met through a mutual friend in the restaurant industry due to Annabelle's involvement as a part-time musician and entertainer during her undergraduate degree in psychology.
James says that Annabelle's psychology background is surely one of the reasons why she has been able to be so supportive of the crazy mind of a Chef while sharing in his passion for the industry. 
Now a lawyer, Annabelle still shares in the excitement of growing this family business.
