These BC grown, pickled wild mushrooms are a new Pickle & Ponder delicacy. Smooth in texture with flavours of soy and ginger, you won't find these gems anywhere else. 
 
Ingredients: Wild mushrooms, Tamari, Mirin, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Star Anise, Fennel, Juniper Berries.
